Bien que notre système soit simple d'utilisation, nous avons répertorié une liste de questions que les Internautes nous posent le plus souvent.:

1) I forgot to take my coupons along with me. Can I still get the discounts?
A: You can only get the discounts if you present the coupons to the provider in person. If you forget them, your only other option is to print them out again in the CYBERCAFES of French Polynesia or at your hotel or pension, provided they have internet access and a printer. Note: there's not many cyber cafes outside of Papeete. For a list, go here. (follow the links on the bottom of that page to see what's available on the other islands.)

2) Do I need to book direct with the coupon providers and how do I do that?
A: If "Reservation required" or "Pre-booking necessary" is noted as a restriction on the coupon, YES, you are responsible for booking the service or activity direct with the coupon provider. (if not noted as a restriction, no worries...) You can easily do this by emailing, calling, or faxing the providers with the information printed on every coupon. Of course it's best to do this from the comfort of your own home BEFORE your arrival to French Polynesia... but if you forget, you can always try making the reservation from your hotel or pension.
