     Although our system is easy to use, we have catalogued a list of frequently asked questions from internet surfers like you:

1) I forgot to take my coupons along with me. Can I still get the discounts?

A: You can only get the discounts if you present the coupons to the provider. If you forget them, you can always print them out again in the CYBERCAFES of French Polynesia. Note: there's not that many of these outside of Papeete.

2) Do I need to book direct with the provider?

A: Absolutely yes! You are responsible for booking the service or activity with the coupon provider. You can easily do this by emailing, calling, or faxing the providers with the information provided on every coupon.

3) How do I book with the vendors?

A: It is your prerogative to get in touch directly with the provider I.D.P. As you order your coupons on-line, you will receive address, phone and e-mail of the provider. So you can book direct BEFORE your DEPARTURE Even, once you are in the country, you can book direct from your hotel room, by phone or e-mail. FOR EACH BOOKING, PLEASE PRECISE THAT YOU ARE USING INTERNET DISCOUNT PROGRAM (I.D.P) of dream-islands.com and tahitisun.com.

4) Can I have more than one coupon?

A: To help you understand our system, let's take an example: We assume that you love WATER SKI. You decided to enjoy yourself with this sport as most as you can, but you will love to pay the least possible. Of course, you cannot show several coupons with 10% discount to enjoy the same water ski tour. ONE coupon will allow you 10% rebate on ONE tour. 1 10% discount = 1 coupon You can show a coupon for different tours You have a tour at 10AM = 1 coupon = Minus 10% The same day, you have another appointment at 5PM = 1 coupon = Minus 10% 1 coupon is good for 1 rebate. It can only be used once. The provider keeps the stub of your coupon To be able to do two tours of water ski, you will have to order on-line, two coupons. You will then get 2 different numbers on the coupons.
